What kind of mixer we provide?
We supply high shear mixer that is applicable for cosmetics, pharmacy, food and industrial chemical use. It utilizes particular high speed rotating blades / impeller for specific type of emulsion. It has a very small 0.2mm gaps between the rotor and stator, which used to mix various liquids and powder, that results in a very good quality dispersion and emulsification. The process is carried out by rotor & stator dispersing the emulsion, while at the same time it is circulated by another pump.
One Pass mixer for high viscosity materials
It is a ONE PASS mixer that can significantly reduce your processing time. It can be the most effective replacement for the conventional 3 rolls mill, ultrasonic dispersers, high-pressure disperser and bead mill. The application is suitable for dispersion of carbon black, nuts/beans, adhesive, cosmetics, liquid rubber, silica hydrogel and other high viscosity emulsions.
Our technology maximizes the dispersion and controls the increasing heat at the same time. The chamber of impeller is covered with a cooling jacket, which control the temperature through cooling process.
