Introduction of Fully Automatic Roll Packer
The fully automatic packer starts becoming popular in around 2017. The application is mainly for granular particles, also works well for such as: wheat brand, DDGS, etc. This type of packer does not need to be connected to pile of sacks but to polypropylene (PP) bag rolls. The new feature enables it to cut the PP bag rolls automatically – with a uniform size and perfect cutting. Usually, one roll has approximately 2,000 to 2,500 bags rolled-up.
Applicable for: wheat bran pollard, DDGS, pellets, soy beans, soybean meals, animal feed and others.
In regard to the speed, within one minute we can get 11 bags – average speed, fully automatically filled-in, packed & sewn. The size of bag can be around 120 x 80 cm which contains 40 kg of wheat bran.

Buying a PP bag roll is cheaper than pile of sacks, which is a cost saving. It needs to exceed a certain number of bag quantities, or in another word it has to meet your relatively big production demand, therefore using this type of roll packer will benefit you.
Furthermore, the required production operators will be less. They are needed only for example to monitor the sufficiency of ink – for label printing, sewing thread and replacing the empty rolls. As the process is fully automatic and the operators merely need to check the packers in every couple of hours, they can take care of other production duties, which means an increased utilization.
Semi Automatic Packing Scale
We supply as well a semi automatic packing scale machine. In this case one or two operators will need to monitor the filling process. The positioning of bag to the filling station needs to be carried out manually by hands. After the product has fully loaded, the operator(s) need to direct the bags to sewing machines so that the bags can be sewed neatly.
This packers are mainly used for granular product, for example: corn, rice, plastic pellets, and others. The packing can be also vacuumed in order to let the product become more durable or storable for longer period.
